Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeepPixel's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

DeepPixel provides AI-powered document processing services including but not limited to: document classification, data extraction, natural language processing, computer vision analysis, and predictive analytics. Services are provided on a subscription basis with various tiers based on processing volume and features.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the authority to bind your organization if registering on behalf of a company

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents containing malware or malicious code
• Process documents that violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Exceed your subscription limits or circumvent usage restrictions
• Use the services for competitive analysis or to build competing products
• Share account access with unauthorized parties

5. Intellectual Property

DeepPixel retains all rights to our technology, AI models, algorithms, and platform. You retain ownership of documents you upload and data extracted from them. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the requested services.

6. Service Level Agreement

For enterprise customers, service level agreements (SLAs) including uptime guarantees, support response times, and processing commitments are defined in your separate enterprise agreement. Standard tier users receive commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Overages beyond your plan limits are billed at published rates. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepPixel's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by law.
