Our Origin Story
DeepPiXEL was founded by Giri Amarakone and Dennis Chan, combining deep engineering experience, academic research in machine learning, and decades of experience building scalable enterprise systems.
The original thesis was simple but powerful: Most AI tools for customer service were superficial chatbots that failed under real-world complexity. DeepPiXEL set out to build AI that worked alongside human agents, enabling faster and more accurate responses, knowledge retrieval, real-time insights, and intelligent automation of repetitive processes.
This "human-in-the-loop AI" became the foundation of the company's early success and continues to guide our approach today.
